Super central location, minutes from Times Square and a short walk to Central Park. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and free wifi. Close to subway lines, making it easy to explore the city.
Felt like they were family, no complaint.

the hotel was in the middle of it all. easy access to everything. staff was so helpful and amazing. they took very good care of us. over and beyond. they held our bags so we could enjoy the day before getting our room and after our stay til it was time for our plane. they handled the cab and bags. the hotel was so pretty. bed was amazing. it's an older hotel but felt amazing like home. wasn't too busy. and so wonderful being treated so well.
